Mercurius Health is a multidisciplinary international team of over 250 oncology experts, providing advisory and hands on services to hospitals and Oncology treatment centres in Europe.

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our head office in Porto Salvo, Portugal. This role is responsible for the day to day running of our office and supporting the directors that are based there. The ideal candidate would be a motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment and supporting on a wider variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous way
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
• Provide a variety of administrative services to the Directors within the office
