Fact finding Manager

Our client will build a factory for the manual processing of silk and cotton fibers. For this we are looking for a responsible person who will prepare all the necessary decisions for our client. The job is to do all the preparatory work required for the construction and operation of the factory (research, negotiations, permits, etc.).

Profile

· Knowledge of the preparatory work required to build and operate a factory.

· Englisch and local language.

Tasks

· Carrying out preliminary research regarding the location of factorial framework conditions, energy and

water supply, legal framework conditions, taxes, banking transactions, wages, consultants, logistics, etc.

· Research on site

· Preparation of the contracts on site with the support of local consultants

· Project duration approx. 6 – 9 months

Crucial to success

· Knowledge, understanding and respect of the local mentality.

· Possibly experience from comparable projects.

· Negotiation skills.
