Role Description

This is a hybrid Administrative Assistant role located in Pretoria, with flexibility for some remote work. The Administrative Assistant will manage all administrative duties for the organization, maintaining and organizing physical and digital filing systems, and facilitating communication between clients and team members. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing office supplies and equipment, and supporting senior management.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong technical acumen in operating office equipment and software
