We are middle sized property developer company located in East Jakarta. Our projects are residential and commercial housing which mainly located in Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Legal Officer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and providing all legal advice, process and documents for company IPO, also ensuring compliance with legal policies and regulations related to OJK and other related government institutions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Law
• At least 3 years experience as a Legal Officer or similar role in public (tbk) company
• Experience in IPO, capital market, company RUPS, corporate law
• Strong understanding of IPO laws and regulations and their application in practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively
