Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to identify potential vendors and negotiate prices for packing materials.
• Collaborate with management to determine the supply needs of the organization.
• Recommend and implement solutions to existing processes to minimize waste and increase productivity.
• Record and assess the quality, movement, and expenditure of all packing materials.
• Manage the distribution of supplies within the organization, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and control access to packing materials.
• Work with management to develop forecasting models for future supply needs.
• Supervise and provide support to subordinates and new employees.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records on procurement activities, quantities, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies regarding packing material procurement.
