We are a leading casting exporter in India and current position for our corporate office at Mudalipalayam Privu, Coimbatore. Currently we are looking FEMALE candidate for a position of Customer Service Executive who can act as a single point of contact for Customer handling.

Designation : Customer Service Executive - Business Development

Experience : 3 - 6 Years if it is in an industrial organization handling Sales or Marketing appreciable.

Education : Any Graduate

Job Description:

1. Single point of contact for Customer Handling - New Projects

2. Follow System and complete the Tasks on time

3. Respond through emails to the prospects on time

4. Update the necessary records on time with respect to supplier followups

5. Documentation works for the department

6. Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
