• Responsible for Process improvements and identifying gaps to improve existing process performance. Feed basic engineering for all projects, plant & process upgradation initiatives.
• Support the Operation team in improving each plants performance in the various fields (safety / environment, quality, capacity, competitiveness [output, costs]).
• Lead plant & process upgradation initiatives.
• Support new projects and monitoring actions concerning technical, process and SPC studies etc.
• Lead/conduct PHA/LOPA/FMEA/SPC studies.
• Participate in process safety analyses / studies..
• Help plants to upgrade / install automation in existing plant.
• Prepare/Review all management of change proposals and validate.
• Coordinate with project team to make new P&IDs and update existing one if needed. Feed and basic engineering for all projects.
