Overview

Jhpiego seeks a Technical Advisor to provide technical leadership and project oversight in the areas of strengthening health systems for an upcoming USAID-funded project in Democratic Republic of Congo. The Technical Advisor will provide technical assistance at the National and Provincial level. The $25+ million project aims to support stronger, more resilient health systems at all levels; save lives; decrease morbidity and disability; and increase the potential of women, newborns, children, families, and communities to thrive. The project will operate over a 5-year period.

The position will operate under the leadership of the Project Director and Jhpiego’s senior management team, and will oversee and ensure the technical and methodological soundness of all project activities.
