Our BSM is a dynamic and results-oriented individual who will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing brand visibility through strategic partnerships and client relationships. The BSM will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of brand positioning, and the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients. The BSM requires a proactive and dedicated approach to building and maintaining strong connections with key accounts.

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive route-to-market sales strategies (for both primary and secondary sales) to achieve revenue targets for the assigned brand/product line.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Data Analysis and Insights:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth in all channels.
