Job Description
• To review, check and verify customs brokerage documents as provided by Customers, Government Agencies and Expeditors Service Providers.
• To prepare all related paperwork and necessary information such as Customs Entry and Delivery Order, and then provide to the relevant parties in a timely manner.
• To perform all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files including disposal.
• To invoice timely, accurately and completely based on approved quotations, CSOP, RFQ.
• To coordinate with internal / external relevant parties in handling shipments, performing invoicing, including associated back-up and documentation and ensure proper invoicing of accounts.
• To contact customers and service providers on any issues regarding customs formalities, clearance, billing and payment.
• To communicate by phone or email for supporting any requests and complaints.
