• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel reception
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Utilize hotel management software for tasks such as booking and billing
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
