Primary Responsibilities

Functional
• Inspection of parts as per drawing.
• Work with Purchaser for improving Supplier Performance through implementing CAPA process.
• Supplier Self Certification Audit.
• Development of Jigs & Fixtures.
• Ensuring suppliers for the company maintains all regulations and requirements.
• creating quality control guidelines and protocols
• Creating and updating a supplier database with updated records of performance
• providing advice to vendors on how to reduce defect rates.
• Communicating with vendors when supplies don't meet quality standards.
• assessing products and supplies from vendors to ensure their quality.
