Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Human Resource Manager, with passion and the vital knowledge to collaborate and contribute within our HR Team in Manaus.

In this role you will be responsible for:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the team responsible for payroll, time and attendance and vacations administration
• Engage in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
• Differentiate pay systems to invest in workforce segments that contribute the most value
• Lead Security team to mitigate security risks and protect our people, products, and assets, as well as the projects implementation on this front
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

You will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training others.
