BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Business Development Executive is responsible for achieving the assigned volume and profit targets in his/her geographic area. This is accomplished by developing an operating plan for the region and implementation through the effective management of the field salesforce.

Leading the local field team in achieving the sales objectives for the sales area as set in the Customer Marketing Plans and Customer Business Plans.

Co-developing the field sales strategy together with the Regional Business Development Manager or Francophone Africa Director.

Recommending and executing the marketing plans and actions required per brand.

Managing the importers distributors on the ground to secure 3 months of product stock.

Leading other Sales Projects in the region not limited to the launch of innovations.
