Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects from the initial calculations to the final figures. They will also be responsible for monitoring the project's progress and ensuring that it is completed within the budget.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional certification (e.g., MRICS) is a plus
