Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant located in Malda. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and its employees. Duties may include scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, organizing files and documents, managing phone calls and emails, and completing other tasks as assigned. The Assistant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable working in a team environment, and be able to multitask effectively.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate degree or higher preferred
• Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
