• activating clients' trading accounts and assisting new entrants in the equity market to understand market dynamics.
• cross-selling products such as insurance, mutual funds, PMS, SIPs, IPOs, etc., to existing customers.
• handling HNI clients.
• Coordinating with clients for their daily equity trades.
• Assisting customers in executing trades online and placing orders on their behalf.
• Achieving healthy revenues without compromising on clients' profitability.
• Confirming orders and trades to clients at the end of each day.
• Advising clients with necessary information regarding market conditions.

• Activating inactive clients through regular follow-ups.
