Position: ISP Engineer (x2)

Department: Technical – Billing and IS

Reports To: ISP Supervisor

Main Purpose:

To monitor, configure, maintain and provide support on ISP network in line with agreed SLAs

Major Tasks:
• Provide 2nd level support to NOC & Commercial Technical Support by resolving escalated faults according to SLAs
• Participates in user acceptance tests in conjunction with business units
• configures product upgrades and/or downgrades by implementing work orders or change requests
• Carries out, provides and maintains accurate updates to the topology and configuration databases
• Performs design tests, network provision, and final network implementations and submits the report to the ISP Supervisor
• Conducts the IP network health checks, assessments and submits the report to the ISP Supervisor
