- Overall Receptionist Work.
• - Communicate with Consultant and Patients and Patient’s Relatives.
• - Handling Reception Desk Answering All Incoming Phone Call/Queries/Complaints of patients.
- Keep Front Desk Tidy and Presentable with All Necessary Material (Pens, Forms, Paper Etc.)
- Receive Letters, Packages Etc. And Distribute Them.
- Monitor Office Supplies and Place Orders When Necessary at HR Department.
- Taking Care of Facility Management/ Patient Management
- Taking Care of Stationary
- Maintain The Hospital Files, Stationery, Food, And Others Responsibilities.
