Trainee Jnr Plant Engineer CSMR - 10 (Extraction Plant Sugar Industry) - (Richards Bay) Rneg + ben + Company housing
• Must be willing to learn and develop into a fully-fledged plant manager .
• Tech / BSc / BEng in Mechanical Engineering .
• Min of 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry .
• Good technical fault finding and problem-solving skills .
• People and budget management experience .
• Knowledge and experience on computerized maintenance management systems .
• Completion of workplace engineer in training programme mechanical in a manufacturing industry will be advantageous .
• Asset management, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance experience .
• Sugar industry .
• SMRI 10-week course wil be advantageous .

Key Focus Area :
