Breathe is currently recruiting for a Lead Talent Partner. We are looking for someone who sees themselves as a self-starter and who is searching for a more dynamic environment where they can deliver real impact and have some fun along the way.
• *What you’ll do**:

- Revenue generation - be personally responsible for generating your own revenue as well as overseeing the teams billings
- Account Management - be the face for our existing client base, farm accounts, manage relationships and oversee the delivery
- New Business - Work with our team to approach new clients, manage sales calls, secure new clients and negotiate new contracts
- Manage delivery - Work with and lead a globally distributed sourcing team, to leverage tools and platforms too, engage with and assess engineers and introduce the best tech talent to our clients
