Responsibilities:
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate repair activities to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and train a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures within the maintenance department, ensuring the safety of all personnel and equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and implement preventive maintenance programs for assigned foundry equipment, including furnaces, molders, conveyors, and control systems.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager and other supervisors in the department to identify and resolve equipment-related issues impacting production.
• Stay up-to-date on new technologies and advancements in foundry equipment and maintenance practices.
