Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at OUTTERSPACE INTEGRATED LUXURY located in Lekki. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing and supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient store management. The Store Manager will also be responsible for retail loss prevention and maintaining effective communication with the team.

Qualifications
• Customer Service, Communication, and Store Management skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience in the luxury retail industry is a plus
