Legal Counsel (Compliance) based out of Hazira ( Surat) , Gujarat
• The individual must be well versed with commercial laws especially Contract Act, Arbitration Act, Corporate Laws, I.P.C., Civil & Criminal Procedure Codes and possess the ability to handle transactions independently
• The individual must ensure compliance monitoring and maintaining repository for the organisation alongside actions for timely renewal
• The individual must be equipped with changes in relevant laws and have exposure to Legal Issues, Litigation, statutory Compliances of Manufacturing Industries, particularly Dyes & Chemicals.
• The individual must have knowledge of compliance management systems
• The individual must also be able to liase with judicial authorities, courts and tribunals in matters of legal issues affecting or likely to affect the organisation
