Position Purpose

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function focuses on driving profitable sales growth through a strategic and integrated approach to pricing, promotion, trade investments, and portfolio mix. The position plays a crucial part in delivering sustainable profitable growth and creating a ‘win-win-win’ for Lindt Global Travel Retail, our retailers as well as our shoppers.

Main Tasks

RGM advocacy & leadership
• Develop, lead and drive the RGM agenda for Lindt GTR
• Train the organization on RGM toolkits and embed RGM capabilities into the organization
• Share RGM best practices and gather learnings from other Lindt subsidiaries as well as via International Sales

RGM setup & establishment within Lindt GTR

Drive RGM levers, initially focussing on the following RGM levers:
• Pricing

o Be accountable for defining comprehensive consumer pricing strategies and guidelines by region & customer (where applicable), ensuring they are aligned to financial business objectives
