Supply Chain Planning Manager is the key driver of the organization's Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Master Production Scheduling (MPS) processes and Raw Material Sourcing. The incumbent is responsible for developing and driving customer-oriented supply strategies of finished goods to meet demand plan, Synchronizing supply and demand management through S&OP process to ensure information is deployed timely for conducive decision making.

Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible to strategize product-driven MPS techniques (make-to-order, make-to-stock) to achieve a balance of stability and responsiveness in coordination with supply chain raw materials Planner to ensuring product availability and optimizing customer service level against finished goods inventory.
