Camp Agawam is a traditional residential camp for boys located on Crescent Lake in Raymond, Maine. Our rustic 160-acre lakeside campus offers a unique combination of woods and athletic fields (and includes a ropes course!). Agawam runs 2 programs, the Main Idea at Camp Agawam and Camp Agawam. Main Idea is a program that offers a free week of camp to boys from Maine who are recommended by their teachers for being good citizens and making good decisions and who could not otherwise afford a camp experience. We are pleased to welcome 100 campers each Main Idea week. Camp Agawam is our 7-week program with 135 boys (most stay for the full 7-weeks; however, we do offer half-season for younger and newer boys and for each half session we have 30 boys).
