Drive persistency across the channels and across key partner commitments by working closely with the sales

executives and the operations team

Ensure all claims and endorsements for LI are settled as per TAT

Monitor and follow up issuances being uploaded on the Wealth Maker that have not been issued within the specified

TAT and ensure that the margins are accurately updated on the system. Ensure a match in the submitted vs. issued

transactions and follow up on the cancelled transactions

Ensure complete resolution of complaints as per the defined timelines to drive hygiene in customer experience

Reduce the number of misselling cases post PLVC by ensuring proper due-diligence is done for transactions entered

into

Use insights, liaise with the central products team to help Sales Executives answer questions related to the products
