• Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-VIS spectroscopy, FTIR, and dissolution testing.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing as per approved test methods and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and SOPs.
• Perform calibration, qualification, and routine maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Document all testing activities, observations, and results accurately and legibly in laboratory notebooks, logbooks, and electronic systems.
• Review and approve analytical data and test reports generated by other analysts for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
