• Source Business for LAP from the market
• Handle the team of sales officers
• Achieve the branches sales and collections targets
• Build and manage relationship with channel partners and other external approvals
• Co-ordinate with other department like Credit and Operation for processing of loans till final disbursement and ensure smooth servicing operations
• Provide regular services to customers and take care of their future needs
• Retain and train the team to achieve strong growth in the locations under coverage
• Responsible for overall cost management and policy compliance at the branch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,780.94 - ₹31,118.90 per month

Experience:
