Reporting to the Area Manager, the Employee Experience Manager will guide and direct all facets of Human Resources including employee relations, recruitment, learning, compensation and staff accommodation. This role will act as a business partner to leaders within the organization, engaging employees with the core values of the organization as well as continuing the development and administration of all programs and initiatives. As an active member of the Resort Leadership Team, this role will also be a key partner in ensuring compliance on all employment regulations and company processes.

Recruitment
• Manage the recruitment process for all vacant core and seasonal roles including reviewing job descriptions, creating job postings, creating and sending offers
• Understand the demographic of the KHMR workforce, including a comprehensive knowledge of all role responsibilities, department hiring needs, as well as tracking filled and vacant roles
