Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Leioa. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling clerical tasks in the office such as welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. The Administrative Assistant will also be required to maintain adequate record keeping, manage files and databases, and manage executive schedules. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will act as a liaison between executives and employees and will be expected to assist in coordinating events and meetings.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1+ year of administrative assistant experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
