Job Description
• Assist Deputy Event Manager in planning and development of marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions for Crescent Mall.
• Communicate with clients, retailers, partners and agencies to book & oversee the various events & promotions at Crescent Mall.
• Ensure lead times are adequate for planning & production to ensure event/promotion will be held on time in an effective manner.
• Arrange supplies such as staging, lighting, sound, audio-visual, seating, food & beverage, event promotional collateral, appropriate decor to meet the expectations of the Shopping Centre.
• Arrange promotional staff & appropriate uniforms if required.
• Review plans with relevant parties such as Operations & Engineering to ensure adequate cleaning/ security, adequate power & supervision of installation and removal of all staging and materials.
