Required English Language trainers on a contractual basis at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
• *The key responsibilities for this project include but are not limited to**:

- Undergo a Train the Trainers Program to developing a thorough understanding of the Blended Learning module and teaching pedagogy
- Conducting Instructor Lead Training sessions at the training center
- Ensuring online learning and practice sessions using Words Worth mobile app
- Analyzing improvement and progress by recording/collecting data in the prescribed formats.
- Ensuring over 90% attendance and 100% usage of the mobile app by the trainees
- Ensure that language proficiency of all the learners improve by 1 CEFR level
- Provide technical assistance to trainees on installation and usage of the mobile app
• *Qualification & Experience**: Graduate with two years of teaching experience
