Role Description

This is a full-time Barista Captain role at NICE located in Banjarmasin. The Barista Captain will be responsible for managing the bar area, including direct supervision of the Barista Staff. The Barista Captain will also ensure that the bar area is fully stocked and that all equipment is in good working order. As the team leader, the Barista Captain will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service and positively representing the establishment.

Qualifications
• Prior experience supervising and managing a bar team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work flexible hours as needed More Detail
