Key responsibilities of the CI Specialist: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in all Work Streams. Identify, develop and implement opportunities for standardization. Identify new ways of working and technological improvements. Define the process as is and to be. Build business cases that support technology or process improvements. Lead the execution of the improvement initiatives. Quantify returns and monitor results. Document the journey of improvement.
