Reporting directly to the CI Manager. This position will be responsible to collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation within the organisation through various value streams.

Role & Responsibilities : Lead DOS (Dana Operating System) ActivitiesAt Plant level, provide DOS expertise (HSE, Quality, People development, MP&L and Production system) based on 12 DOS principles to contribute to achieve operational business targetsFollow up of the DOS deployment plan, to support the plant improvement.
