• Design and develop drawings and parts using CAD software
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment while determining when and what kind of maintenance is required.
• Identify and report on daily and weekly production targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the planning process.
