About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with a variety of businesses every day to automate their sales and marketing processes

2. Give online demos of different features of the software to prospective/existing customers

3. Help prospective customers make the buy decision

4. Onboard new customers

5. Help existing customers with their queries

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in CRM support or a related field.

- Tech-savvy with a knack for problem-solving.

- Customer-focused attitude and a passion for excellence.

Data Analytics, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), MS-Excel/Google Spreadsheets, Business acumen
