Responsibilities
• Coordination with HO/site land team and finance team to gather requisite documents required for security creation.
• Preparation of Note for Approval and terms and conditions for appointment of Local counsel.
• Coordination with Local Counsel w.r.t revenue records/ documents for preparation of Title Search Report.
• Check and verify Title Search Report received from Local Counsel.
• Review and resolution of queries received from Lender’s Legal Counsel.
• Planning, Monitoring, and coordinating with Local Counsel /Lender’s Legal Counsel to ensure timely completion of security creation.
• Submission of requisite documents to Local Counsel /Lender’s Legal Counsel.
• Preparation of MIS, Issue tracker and work sheets to monitor day-to-day progress of project.
• Maintaining proper filing and record of the revenue documents, TSRs and Title Deed (Original, Certified).
• Prior litigation experience shall be an added advantage.
