THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a Billing Assistant who will be part of the billing/accounting team.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Process client bills using Pre-bill and bills via Centerbase software
• Process electronic submission of client invoices
• Research and answer billing and accounting questions
• Review and edit pre-bills in response to attorneys’ requests
• Execute, handle, and process a high volume of complex bills
• Review and verify the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation as required
• Run billing reports for attorneys and department
• Assist the accounting department with reports and information
• Understand standard accounts payable concepts, practices, and procedures, the processes involved, and related applications
