Responsibilities:
• Over sees and schedule manpower based on production plan of each machine.
• Check hourly production report from line supervisor and update reporting line.
• Enforce displinary and safety measures and maintains departmental housekeeping.
• Generate production report at the end of each shift.
• Train new employees on job training
• Over sees administrative within departments such as –leave approvals, manpower requisition.
• Distributing and maintaining records of working tools and PPE kits.
• Notify maintenance of machine break down or malfunctions.

Requirements:
• Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma in commerce / Arts
• Work experience of at least 3 years
• Experience in production Supervisor lavel in injection molding plastic company
• Working Knowledge of supervisor Activities, good with maths
