We have an urgent opening with most of the leading life Insurance Companies in Banca Vertical.

Job Description
• To drive insurance business through Banca channel.
• Handling bank branches of channel partner
• Interact with Banks cluster head bank employees and manage them on daily basis
• Manage mapped Rms to help them achieve sales targets
• Ensuring that the persistency productivity is maintained, ensures quality of recruits hired in the team, maintains drives compliance at the zone.
• KRA also include training in Bank branches, Making Insurance Hni Calls, and review of Sales Managers with Bm on regular intervals to ensure timely correction in case if required
• Maintaining various Mis for regular monitoring of sales and various contests and training of Channel Partner and company team
• Provide guidance support to Channel partners employee, Internal Team RMs and all stakeholders in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve etc.
