Nature of the Job: Permanent position

Location: Based in Windhoek

Reporting to the Financial Manager

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in Preparing and analyze financial statements, budget forecasts, and variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audit preparation and financial reporting.
• Provide support to management by conducting financial analysis and recommending cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial efficiency.
• Monthly Statutory reconciliation.
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database cleanups when necessary.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
