The ideal candidate for this role should be well-organized, and possess great planning and time management skills. Ultimately, he/she will contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing personalized and timely support to the CEO.

Job Responsibilities:
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage CEO's calendars and set up meetings
• Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
