Hiring Sales Development Representatives (Night Shift)

Location: Opposite Ibex, Aitchison Society, Lahore, Pakistan

Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to real estate professionals.
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in CRM.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in sales or telemarketing preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Availability to work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan time.
