Job Summary

The Pharmacist will be responsible for aiding customers by compounding and/or dispensing prescription

medications, providing pharmaceutical information to healthcare professionals, monitoring customers’

drug therapies to avoid interactions with other medications, and providing pharmaceutical expertise to

patients on the safe use of medications.

Responsibilities
• Receiving and filling prescriptions.
• Work closely with other pharmacy staff to receive prescription orders and oversee prescription refills.
• Fill prescriptions, label them with the correct name and place them in organized compartments.
• Contact patients when their prescriptions are ready.
• Communicating with medical professionals and providing support about patients and their medications.
