We are looking for a Sales Manager (Textile industry) working in Nam Dinh with attractive package!
• Candidates living in Hanoi can have shuttle bus on Saturday and back to office on Monday.
• Salary up to 2,500 USD

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Review team workload and assign tasks based on capacity and expertise.
• Provide guidance to team members and monitor daily work progress.
• Coordinate with developers and head office for sample approvals and cost verification.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely material orders.
• Monitor production status and collaborate with planning and production teams for smooth operations and on-time shipments.
• Ensure sample accuracy before production begins.
• Oversee payment processes and address any production issues such as material defects or quality concerns.
• Develop shipment plans based on buyer schedules and verify with stakeholders.
• Verify the costing in sales contracts before sending to head quarter for final confirmation.
