Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Deputy HR Manager (TA & iHRM) is to oversee all facets of Human Resources practices and processes, ensuring the effective implementation of company strategies, objectives, and initiatives across all employees. The aim is to uphold corporate values and facilitate business success through human resources management, encompassing recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, and talent management, in collaboration with School Administrators, Company Board, and Management team.

Duties And Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to conversion.
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with school administrators/Head of Departments, understanding their recruitment needs and filling open positions promptly.
