Responsibilities
• Handle the purchase order cycle and monitor orders.
• Comprehensive register of import documents such as invoices entry, accounting records, and costing of the purchase.
• Organizing and scheduling transportation.
• Servicing sales representatives' requests.
• Handling phone calls, emails, communication with suppliers and transportation companies and other daily tasks.
• Archiving

Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration/Economics (University, Technological Educational Institute)
• Relevant work experience (preferably in purchasing department or International Transport)
• Experience with ERP software (Softone, Epsilonet, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Office365 (Excel,Word etc.)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
